Facebook has certain terms and conditions that are supposed to be followed by each user. Somehow any user or account violates the norms and rules set by Facebook, Facebook takes control of that account and then disables it. If your account has also been disabled by Facebook for some reason, stick to the end of this article to know how to recover a disabled Facebook account. Tips to recover a disabled Facebook account If Facebook disabled your account mistakenly or for some other reason, You will have to file an appeal to request Facebook enable your account. 

  1. Visit the Facebook application help center using a web browser.
  2. Now, navigate official investigation forms of Facebook.
  3. Choose one of the three forms. 
  4. Open the form open up, enter your phone number and email address. Make sure you have provided the correct details because Facebook uses them to communicate with you.
  5. Input your Facebook account name that can vary from your legal name.
  6. Click on choose file option to upload a picture of your ID. ( it should be a government-issued ID or equivalent that contains your name, date of birth, and other authentic details.)
  7. You can add some other details to the Add Details section. 
  8. Click on send to submit the appeal.
